Have you got experience working in a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partnering role? Have you ever led, defined, and improved recruitment processes to improve the candidate journey and add value to the business? If so, then we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Talent Partner in our recruitment team supporting hiring across Admiral Money.


This is an exciting, new opportunity working in partnership with hiring managers to create and deliver recruitment solutions to hire the best talent. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will oversee all recruitment activity for Admiral Money ensuring that all activities align with the business strategy. You'll work closely with key stakeholders across your business and the wider People Team, providing market and industry insights in order to support the business to deliver high quality outcomes


You will lead on a number of key projects that align to our TA and wider people strategy and will support our agenda to take TA to the next level.


What you'll be doing:


Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and key stakeholders to understand recruitment forecasts and plan accordingly to achieve these Responsible for the attraction, sourcing and hiring of talent for your business area. Collaborate daily with the TA Partner for Admiral Pioneer, collectively ensuring a seamless service to our business areas. Provide a strategic and consultative service, partnering with the business, not being afraid to challenge ideas to get the best outcomes Work with our resourcing team to source great talent and to proactively headhunt for niche roles Ensuring a continued focus on our EVP, actively championing the Admiral Money brand Ensure inclusive hiring practices are central to our process, leading on initiatives to support this A key focus on early careers and building strategic partnerships to support our agenda. Develop creative solutions to build talent pipelines for critical skills. Provide key insights and data to support hiring decisions including skills availability, market trends, salary analysis, product innovation, regulatory updates, available talent Build and maintain knowledge of the relevant sectors through networking externally and participating in events to further develop relationships with external partners Support the day-to-day recruitment activities when required especially during peaks in recruitment and for more senior roles

Experience Required


Extensive experience in an Inhouse TA Partnering role within a fast-paced/dynamic environment. This will ideally have been gained within financial services but not essential A background hiring a variety of disciplines/verticals and specifically previous experience hiring for technical roles at all levels. Excellent influencing skills and experience of working in collaboration with senior leaders, comfortable challenging the status quo. You'll have experience in Executive Level hiring and will be able to demonstrate success both working with search firms and through your own networks. You will have demonstrable experience leading D,E&I initiatives. You will also have some experience or focusing on early careers, emerging talent or apprenticeship programmes. Passionate about the candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey. Experience in proactively sourcing candidates using relevant recruiter tools, including LinkedIn recruiter. Demonstrable experience providing an excellent service partnering with key stakeholders and candidates alike Ability to analyse data, present it back to your business areas whilst making recommendations for improvement.

Location


You will be expected to travel to our Cardiff office 1-2 day a week, to work in collaboration with your business area and the TA Team
