About The Ned:
The Ned and Ned's Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.
The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned's Club - a private members' space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.
Where's the office?
We're in the beautiful old Midland Bank building in the City of London (there isn't a nicer building in the city, but we're biased). We're five days a week in the office, as we're very relationship-focussed and it's just not the same on a screen.
Reporting to the Head of Talent, as part of the People and Development team you will:
Own Ned's Welcome, our day 1 induction programme, delivering an excellent first day for all new team members
Support our Neducators and own the Neducator academy, developing and motivating them to deliver engaging and impactful onboarding experiences and continuous support
Create and oversee the monthly learning calendar, Learning Vault Live, our monthly offering of in-person learning and engagement experiences ranging from classroom workshops to product masterclasses and sampling sessions
Create and facilitate engaging content, particularly focussing on supervisory and management toolkits
Be the main point of contact for our emerging talent programmes including Unlocking Talent (for first time and aspiring managers) and Ned's University (our 3-year degree apprenticeship)
Support the Head of Talent in the delivery of our graduate and leadership programmes
Our people offering is continuously improving -with many new initiatives launched in the last 2 years, in development, or planned for the future - so you will have the opportunity to lead or be part of impactful, large-scale projects
You'll be the accountable person for our learning management system (LMS), keeping everything running smoothly and dealing with glitches when they happen
Work alongside the Talent Attraction Partner supporting recruitment where needed
