. As a Talent & Performance Specialist, you'll help design, deliver, and enhance initiatives that shape our culture, elevate engagement, strengthen performance, and champion inclusion.



It's a varied and hands-on role blending project management, data-driven insight, creative problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration. You'll bring new ideas to life and improve the employee experience across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities Include:




Culture & Engagement




Own delivery of the annual engagement survey via Peakon, including planning, question design, translations, demographic preparation, and data coordination. Manage data accuracy and system uploads, ensuring integrity and alignment with historical trends Lead global survey communications, launch support, and training for P&O teams and line managers. Analyse survey results, prepare insights for ExCo, and produce bespoke reports and presentations. Identify hotspots, support action planning, and ensure follow-through via quarterly check-ins. Oversee vendor contract processes and payments through the Flora Food Group vendor management system. Partner with EU and Works Council stakeholders to ensure alignment ahead of survey launches.

Goal Setting & Performance




Improve rigour and consistency of performance management by enhancing goal quality and quarterly conversations. Conduct regular audits to ensure 100% goal completion in SuccessFactors and support P&O teams in improving standards. Partner with Reward to ensure alignment between performance and reward processes. Embed "Always-On" performance conversations and strengthen the organisation's performance rhythm.

Talent & Performance Management




Support preparation and delivery of Talent & Performance Reviews, including data, templates, and senior leadership materials. Analyse talent and performance data to extract insights for ExCo and executive presentations. Maintain Talent & Performance frameworks, matrices, succession plans, and Talent Profiles. Deliver SuccessFactors and dashboard training to boost adoption and data-driven conversations. Support end-to-end performance cycle delivery, including reporting, gender representation analysis, and stakeholder support. Partner with SuccessFactors team on system design, annual updates, testing, and rollout of new templates.

Project Management




Lead or support key P&O projects aligned with organisational priorities. Ensure stakeholder alignment and smooth rollout from design through implementation. Coordinate communication materials, training, and toolkits to embed new processes.

General Responsibilities




Partner with P&O Data & Analytics and Power BI teams to maintain accurate dashboards for Talent, Gender, and Volunteering. Maintain and update P&O Playbooks, SharePoint content, Cultivate pages, and resource libraries. Serve as a subject matter expert on Talent & Performance processes and systems. Manage the Talent & Performance shared mailbox during key cycle periods.

Exceptional data capability, including consolidating multiple Excel workbooks or databases into a single dashboard or source of truth. Strong ability to spot and resolve data inconsistencies, formula issues, and anomalies. Confident presenting insights and dashboards to leadership and wider teams. Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive employee data with discretion. Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Adaptable, proactive, and solution-focused, with strong ownership and accountability. Collaborative team player who builds strong cross-functional partnerships. Curious, creative, and committed to continuous improvement. Genuine enthusiasm for Talent, Performance, and DE&I.

Fluent English

(written and spoken) is essential.
