Vacancy Details



In the Talent & Recruitment Assistant position you will provide support with recruitment activities and provide onboarding administration for new starters across the group to meet high volume requirements.



This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in recruitment, as they will be involved in all aspects of end to end recruitment with a particular focus on the onboarding of new starters.



Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


Processing all new starters through our onboarding portal, owning the process and ensuring all new starter paperwork and queries are dealt with in a timely manner First point of contact of recruitment inbox. Provide administrative support including CV reviewing, scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and liaising with candidates and hiring managers where required. Organising new starters IT request, HR & SHE Inductions. Supporting with ensuring recruiting compliance standards are adhered to.

Key Skills & experience





As a member of the Talent & Recruitment team you will be working with sensitive, confidential data, so discretion and confidentiality are essential skills. You will need to be a confident communicator with great attention to detail. Ideally someone who is interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.



As well as,


Previous experience working in an administration position, the ability to work in a team / virtual team are essential. Accurate and timely delivery of tasks coupled with excellent organisational skills. Experience using IT system such as Microsoft office suite.
