Talent & Recruitment Lead




We are looking for a passionate Talent & Recruitment Lead to join our Talent team and ensure we have an excellent workforce to support our children's residential service, 360 CRS. 360 CRS makes a meaningful impact on the lives of children, providing them with the care, guidance, and support they need during their crucial developmental years. You will be responsible for attracting and onboarding talent into our business, whilst ensuring an excellent hiring manager and candidate onboarding experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and is passionate about delivering exceptional recruitment experience. You will be recruiting for a wide range of roles and levels, which could include Ofsted Registered Managers, Residential Support Workers, with the potential for other roles as the organisation continues to expand.

Roles and responsibilities:



Full recruitment and selection cycle from posting adverts, screening CVs, setting up interviews, making offers and supporting the onboarding Candidate management from attraction to offer stage, to completion of induction and probation, to ensure a smooth experience with regular communication and updates Coordinate interviews with hiring managers such as Registered Managers, Operations Managers and Director. Working within the constraints of busy diaries to ensure interviews take place in a timely manner Posting and monitoring vacancy advertisements on various job boards, LinkedIn and local job boards etc. Aiming to maximise reach and ensure excellent candidate experience Onboard successful candidates through the safer recruitment process and HR right to work checks in line with regulatory guidelines such as Ofsted Delivering on recruitment and hiring KPIs Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing market insights and general feedback throughout the recruitment process Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, establishing effective talent pipelines for future vacancies Work together with marketing to attract top talent and support the company's branding Liaising with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to create innovative recruitment campaigns and projects in response to business needs Form strategic partnerships with universities and colleges to maintain a healthy talent pool pipeline Lead recruitment days to help drive successful recruitment campaigns nationally Regular travel to various office locations across the UK

Required Skillset:



Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition. Strong understanding of HR compliance and safer recruitment practices. Proven experience recruiting for Ofsted regulated organisations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex interview schedules. Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding. Strong organisational and project management skills. Willingness to travel regularly across UK office locations. Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making. Experience of delivering on multiple vacancies in challenging market conditions Managerial or leadership experience Ability to represent and promote the company's values and culture throughout the recruitment process
