The role is permanent and full-time - the role will require flexibility of working hours, as it will include communication across various time zones, as well as attending events online and in person, which can be outside of working hours
The role can be a flexible hybrid role - please note the role does require regular travel within the UK as well as overseas

Your future, your role
As an International Sourcing Specialist, you'll be:
Primarily building relationships with businesses and universities overseas, and fostering long-term talent pipelines with candidates
Working to position our brand, build partnerships, and proactively identify dentists from outside the UK who could be a great fit for our business in the future
Developing and executing market engagement strategies in priority countries to identify and attract overseas-qualified dentists considering a move to the UK
Representing the organisation at international events, university presentations, webinars, and virtual fairs, acting as a credible and compelling ambassador
Building and maintaining long-term candidate relationships - creating engagement plans, providing information on UK registration processes, and nurturing interest until they are ready to move forward
Identifying and fostering relationships with mydentist clinicians and new starters to build a network of ambassadors to support pipeline activity and marketing collateral
You will have:
Proven background in business development, relationship management, or strategic sourcing - ideally in an international or regulated healthcare environment
Experience engaging with educational institutions, professional networks, or international partners
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - confident presenting to large groups, negotiating with partners, and building long-term trust
