CheckFire Group is a proud family-run business, established in 1975 and now recognised as one of the UK's leading fire-safety suppliers. We're now looking for a Recruitment Talent Specialist to support our Group, including FireSealsDirect and PJ Fire Ltd.
The Role:
Are you passionate about attracting and retaining top talent? Do you have Agency or In-House Recruitment experience? Are you creative with using different sourcing techniques to attract talent? If so, we have the perfect opportunity to join us as a Talent Specialist.
As part of this role, you will contribute to the effective delivery and execution of our hiring plans and will focus on hiring across different verticals including sales, operations, and finance. You will have the opportunity to make a difference to the company by identifying and attracting the best talent.
You'll also collaborate with the HR team to overhaul our onboarding journey and deliver manager training covering compliance, interviewing, unconscious bias and best practice.
What You'll Do:
Lead our recruitment strategy through an exciting period of growth. You'll ensure our recruitment engine keeps running smoothly while we shape the future of the team.
Working closely with hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to deliver effective sourcing, assessment and hiring strategies aligned to business goals
Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, and indeed
Approaching prospective candidates via tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other methods
Developing, updating, and maintaining a network of candidates and talent pipelines, including using marketing techniques to attract candidates
Attend and host careers fairs and networking events to promote the Group employer brand
Ability to think creatively and design innovative sourcing campaigns
Taking accountability for the Group recruitment budget management, driving cost-effective resourcing tools
Designing and delivering hiring manager training covering compliance, interview calibration, unconscious bias and best practice recruitment behaviours
Overhauling our onboarding journey to improve candidate experience and data integrity
Acting as the go-to expert on sourcing, selection, and employer brand.
What We're Looking For:
Proven sourcing experience in either an agency or in-house setting
Experience in proactively sourcing candidates using relevant recruiter tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases etc)
Experience training, coaching, and influencing managers
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
You will provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout
