Job Summary

Join our team as a Tank Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of our storage facilities. In this position, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and inspecting tanks to ensure they meet strict safety and environmental standards. Your proactive approach will help prevent contamination, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the smooth functioning of our operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a safety-first environment while developing valuable skills in industrial maintenance. Starting hourly rate: 15.00 PH + doe experience.

Duties

Perform detailed cleaning of tanks using appropriate tools and environmentally safe cleaning agents Inspect tanks for signs of corrosion, leaks, or damage, and report issues promptly Follow strict safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or spills Operate specialized equipment such as pressure washers, and vacuums safely and effectively Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and maintenance logs Assist with the setup and breakdown of cleaning equipment and supplies Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure minimal disruption to operations

Qualifications

Prior experience in industrial cleaning or tank maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights while following safety guidelines Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and environmental compliance Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Good communication skills to report issues clearly and follow instructions precisely
