We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Tanker Driver to join our team, delivering oil and LPG across various locations, including remote island areas. This role requires flexibility for travel, including overnight stays, and a commitment to safe, reliable fuel delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and operate an LGV to deliver oil and LPG to various locations. Ensure safe and compliant handling and transportation of hazardous materials. Carry out basic vehicle maintenance and pre-trip checks. Complete required paperwork and ensure accurate delivery records. Follow all company, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Valid LGV (HGV) driving license. CPC Card. ADR certification is beneficial, but training can be provided for the right candidate. Ability to pass a DVLA medical prior to employment and regularly thereafter. Pass a company driving assessment within 3 months.
The successful candidate will initially work on a temporary basis for 6 months.
