One Holding Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated
Mattress Tape Edging Machine Operative
to join our production team in Bristol. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring all mattresses are finished to the highest standards of quality and durability.

temp-to-perm basis
, providing an excellent opportunity to progress within a well-established UK manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities
Operate
mattress tape edging machinery
to deliver a consistent, high-quality finish on all products.
Meet daily production targets while ensuring company quality standards are achieved.
Carry out basic machine set-ups and adjustments, including replacing needles and threads, tensioning, and height adjustments.
Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance to keep machines in good working order.
Identify and troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions, reporting issues promptly when repairs are needed.
Ensure a safe, clean, and organised working environment in line with company health & safety policies.
Complete production and quality records accurately.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve departmental goals.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (experience in
mattress tape edging
is highly desirable).
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality finishes.
Basic mechanical ability for minor machine maintenance and adjustments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
Reliability and a proactive approach to work.

Competitive pay:
13.00-14.00 per hour.
Temp to Perm Contract:
