Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Painter /Taper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying tapes, filler and paint to various surfaces, ensuring a smooth and professional finish. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Taper will play a crucial role in preparing surfaces for painting or finishing, contributing to the overall quality of our projects.

Duties

Various snagging works throughout the development Able to work on thier own using own initiative to provide a high quality finish. Inspect taped areas for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.

Skills

Proficient in analysing surfaces and determining the best taping/Painting techniques. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable. Experience with data entry for project documentation and inventory management. Excellent phone etiquette for client interactions and upselling services when required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism. Must have driving License and Vehicle to commute to site.
