Job Title: Part-Time Bar Staff (20- 30 hours/week)

Tap One, Taunton & Fat Head Brewery and Tap Room, Weston- super- Mare.

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our bar team. As a member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for serving our delicious range of craft beers, engaging with customers, and ensuring the bar area is clean and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve drinks and snacks to customers efficiently and with a smile. Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with regular patrons. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. Assist with setting up and closing down the bar. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Help promote our brewery's events and special offers.

Requirements:

Previous bar experience is essential. A passion for craft beer and a willingness to learn about our products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Hours:

Between 20 and 30 hours per week, with shifts primarily during evenings and weekends.
