This job role meets National Minimum Wage

This role is based on 3 days a week including weekends.

Overview

You'll support both the back-of-house operations and front-of-house tasks (customer service, merchandising, and maintaining store standards, organisation of stock). The goal is to provide excellent customer service and to help ensure the smooth running of the store on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities

Maintaining the correct stock levels on the sales floor.

Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions

Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences

Where applicable, use cash handling systems and EPOS.

Maintaining store in clean and tidy condition

Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.

Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.

Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.

Ensuring your appointed section is never left unattended.

Keeping sections up to standards e.g., correct pricing, clothes tags are correct, coats/jackets are zipped, ensuring all clothes are sized correctly, maintain all correct hangers are used for the right brands etc.

Vigilant at all times to prevent theft.

Use communication system to request sizes from the stockroom to the shop floor team as well as to communicate with management for any support required.

Conducts standards in your designated area for that shift and make sure you are greeting customers and talking about relevant promotions.

Pay: 8.00-12.21 per hour
