  • Assisting with M&A deals and conducting due diligence.
  • Handling intricate corporate group restructurings.
  • Providing guidance on management incentive schemes like growth shares and EMI.
  • Offering advice on family wealth preservation, including strategies for safeguarding assets for future generations and trust and estate planning.
  • Examining corporate tax filings and offering counsel on tax payments.
  • Collaborating with solicitors and other consultants. Overseeing project management aspects such as invoicing, communication, and risk mitigation.
  • Mentoring and guiding less experienced team members in their tasks and professional growth. Maintaining accurate and current records.
