Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Tax Associate (NQ - 1st year) to join the London Tax practice of Fried Frank.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct tax research and analysis for M&A and fund?related transactions Drafting and reviewing tax documentation and opinions under supervision Liaise with clients, sponsors, foreign counsel and internal deal teams across jurisdictions Contribute to due diligence, deal execution and post?transaction tax planning

Requirements:

Preferably an E&W qualified Associate (newly qualified or with1 years experience) from a top city law firm Strong academic background (or equivalent), relevant tax qualification (chartered or legal) Excellent analytical, communication and research skills Strong attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in a fast?paced team
