Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and commercially-focused tax consultant to support the tax manager and the tax team.

What you'll be doing...

VAT:

Assist Procurement in determining VAT coding when onboarding new vendors Prepare monthly reverse charge reports and review all foreign vendor invoices Assist with reconciling the PVA account to freight statements Assist in the preparation and submission of UK VAT returns Prepare balance sheet reconciliations

P46s/ P11Ds:

Day to day responsibility for preparing and filing of returns

PSA:

Preparation of annual PSA return

IR35:

Assist in managing the status determination process Monitor and track IR35 compliance activities including contract renewals and changes Help to ensure compliance with IR35 requirements and ongoing monitoring of suppliers Support the resolution of queries from hiring managers

Other employment taxes:

Assist in the review of expenses and analysis of employee expenses Assist with employment tax queries from the business and HMRC Assist in managing data requests Support internal stakeholders Support wide employment tax and compliance activities
