We're looking for a Tax Director, International Operations, to lead our international tax function. If you're a proactive leader with deep global tax expertise and a commitment to continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply.
This is a hybrid role that requires on-site presence in our London office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
LeadershipFoster an accountable, innovative, and results-oriented culture, aligning tax priorities with global business goals.
Ensure robust tax controls and compliance.
Management & OperationsDrive continuous improvement in tax processes and strategy.
Develop and train the international tax team.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Audit, Legal, Payroll, US Tax) on statutory audits and tax compliance.
Oversee international tax compliance (corporate, indirect, transfer pricing) and manage global filings.
Provide expert tax support for business operations and global tax provisions (US GAAP).
Identify and mitigate tax risks, analyzing new tax legislation.
Lead internal control efforts for international tax.
Support special projects, including acquisitions and budget processes.
Qualifications:
MinimumQualified accountant with 10+ years of global tax experience and 5+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to proactively address tax and operational issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable with autonomy.
PreferredProficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with US GAAP, IFRS, and Statutory Financial Reporting.
Software industry experience, including M&A tax implications.
Experience with country-by-country/Pillar 2 reporting.
