Salary:

36,828.47 - 68,455.85 per year (DOE) + Bonus + Private Medical Insurance

Job Summary:


Join a dynamic Corporate Tax team managing a diverse client portfolio with responsibilities spanning both corporate tax compliance and advisory services. This client-facing position offers exposure to UK and international clients, providing varied and challenging technical work.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of tax compliance processes, including tax accounting. Conduct in-depth technical research and respond to ad-hoc technical queries from clients and internal teams. Identify advisory opportunities within your client portfolio and contribute proactive advice. Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior team members. Provide expert advice on complex technical areas such as capital allowances, R&D tax relief, transfer pricing, Substantial Shareholdings Exemption, Controlled Foreign Companies, Corporate Interest Restriction, Withholding Tax, and Double Taxation Relief, with support from specialists as necessary. Lead stand-alone tax advisory projects including structuring acquisitions/disposals, transaction support, and due diligence.

Qualifications:



Qualified ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent with several years of post-qualification experience in corporate tax. Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation. Proven ability to analyse complex technical matters and deliver effective solutions. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver within deadlines and budgets. Experience in producing high-quality work and taking ownership of deliverables. Exceptional communication skills with a strong client service focus. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff.
