Tax Manager - Accounting Practice

Location: London, United Kingdom | Full-time | 35,000 - 45,000 + Bonus
Monday to Friday | Office-based

Our client is a growing accountancy practice looking for a proactive and experienced

Tax Manager

to join our team. If you enjoy working closely with clients, managing a varied portfolio, and delivering quality tax compliance and advisory services -- this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You Will Do:

Manage your own portfolio of clients, building strong and lasting relationships. Lead on

personal and corporate tax

matters, covering both

compliance and advisory

work. Identify tax planning opportunities and provide practical, value-adding advice. Oversee and review the work of junior staff, supporting their development. Liaise with HMRC and handle technical queries confidently. Ensure all client deadlines are met, keeping workflows and processes running smoothly. Stay up to date with UK tax legislation and apply changes effectively.
What We Are Looking For:

CTA qualified

(or ACA / ACCA with strong tax experience). Solid

practice experience

in personal and corporate tax. Comfortable managing multiple clients and shifting priorities. Strong knowledge of UK tax rules, HMRC processes, and tax planning. Experience with accounting software such as

Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, CCH or IRIS

. Confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset.
What We Offer:

Salary between 35,000 and 45,000
