A forward-thinking, client-focused firm are seeking a CTA-qualified Tax Manager to join its growing Tax Advisory team. This is a client-facing role with a focus on personal tax planning, including capital gains, inheritance tax, trusts, succession planning, share schemes and residency matters. You will manage your own portfolio of clients while contributing to business growth and mentoring the team.

Role Responsibilities

Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and trustees on personal tax matters including CGT, IHT, trusts, succession planning, residency and share schemes. Take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, providing proactive and tailored tax solutions. Lead and support the tax advisory team, fostering collaboration across departments. Work closely with senior management on business development, client engagement and networking initiatives. Mentor junior team members and contribute to training and development programs.

Personal Requirements

CTA-qualified with proven experience in personal tax advisory. Strong leadership, team management and mentoring skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues. Proactive, commercially aware and capable of building lasting client relationships.
