Faros Capital is transforming from a traditional accounting firm into a strategic tax planning partner for business owners and their families.

We are looking for a specialist who will implement and embed a strategy-led advisory model into the company's day-to-day operations.

This is not a classic accounting role and not a pure advisory role.

This role is about building a scalable strategic product inside the firm.

Your role

You will be responsible for implementing a strategy-first model, where every qualified client starts with a strategic diagnostic before any execution.

What we're looking for

Strong UK tax foundation Solid understanding of personal and corporate taxation (Income Tax, Corporation Tax, CGT, IHT) with real client experience Proven tax planning skills Ability to design tax-efficient structures and long-term (3-5 year) strategies for business owners System & implementation mindset Experience or clear ability to build frameworks, processes, templates and methodologies Product thinking Focus on building a firm-wide model, not managing a personal client book

What you'll do

Implement a structured strategic diagnostic framework Define the flow from diagnostic ? strategy ? delivery Create internal standards and templates for strategy delivery Support the team in identifying and positioning planning opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 55,000.00-60,000.00 per year
