Taxi Controller
to join our dynamic team. As a Taxi Controller, you will be responsible for efficiently managing taxi dispatch operations, coordinating driver schedules, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch Management:
Assign jobs to drivers using the dispatch system.
Monitor and coordinate driver locations to ensure optimal service.
Prioritize and manage incoming customer requests efficiently.
Customer Service:
Handle inbound calls from customers, providing accurate booking information.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Maintain a professional and courteous at all times.
Communication with Drivers:
Provide real-time updates to drivers regarding pick-ups and route changes.
Ensure drivers adhere to safety and customer service standards.
System Monitoring & Problem Solving:
Monitor dispatch software to ensure smooth operations.
Resolve unexpected issues such as delays or route changes in a timely manner.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain detailed records of bookings, cancellations, and customer feedback.
Generate daily reports on dispatch performance and service levels.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a taxi controller, dispatcher, or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not essential. As training will be given
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
Proficiency with dispatch software and basic computer applications.
Knowledge of local geography and routes is advantageous.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
