Job Description
An exciting position has become available for full-time Dispatch Call Operators based in Middlesbrough.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team and be trained to answer calls to drivers, customers, and corporate account customers.
Role Requirements
Good knowledge of the Middlesbrough area is essential Good customer service communication skills Good computer/keyboard skills Must be able to work weekends Must be able to work days and night shifts depending on the allotted rota Able to work in either Middlesbrough, Redcar or Stockton
Role Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls to the call center from customers/drivers Resolve calls in a calm and professional manner, including answering questions or giving advice where appropriate Provide excellent customer service Replying to general email queries
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
