We are seeking a professional and reliable Taxi Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services to our customers. Duties

Safely operate a taxi vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations promptly and courteously Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, including routine checks and minor maintenance tasks Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or heavy items as needed Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals, considering traffic conditions and passenger preferences Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about fares, routes, or local points of interest Keep accurate records of trips, fares, and vehicle maintenance schedules Report any vehicle issues or safety concerns promptly to the management team

Qualifications

Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record Proven experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is advantageous Experience in driving heavy vehicles or lorries is desirable but not essential Strong communication skills to interact professionally with diverse customers Ability to perform light maintenance on the vehicle when necessary Physical capability for heavy lifting when assisting passengers with luggage or equipment Excellent organisational skills for route planning and time management Prior experience in passenger transport or taxi services is preferred but not mandatory
