We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Taxi Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to their desired destinations while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.

Duties

Drive passengers to their destinations in a safe and timely manner. Maintain the vehicle in good condition, ensuring cleanliness and functionality. Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes and local attractions when requested. Assist passengers with heavy lifting of luggage or other items as needed. Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and passenger details. Report any vehicle issues or accidents promptly to management. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is preferred. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including vans and taxis. Strong communication skills to interact positively with passengers. Capability to maintain composure under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally. Physical ability to assist with heavy lifting when required. Familiarity with local roads, traffic patterns, and points of interest is advantageous.
