Summary

We are looking for dedicated Taxi Drivers, licensed with either South Oxfordshire or the Vale Of White Horse, to join our team at 001 Taxis. In this role, you will provide safe and reliable transportation services to our customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Not got a Taxi Licence?

As long as you've got excellent customer service skills, had a DLVA licence for at least 1 year, and have a willingness to learn, you can join our driver training program.

You will need:

To be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes.

A UK driving license for at least 1 year with no more than 6 penalty points.

Local area knowledge and customer service skills is essential. You must have a clean and tidy appearance along with good English skills.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a taxi vehicle to transport passengers to their desired destinations. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs and ensuring a pleasant ride experience. Maintain the vehicle in good working condition through regular checks and necessary maintenance. Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatch to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Manage time efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
