Responsibilities
Prepare tea blends according to specified recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
Operate scales and equipment to fill, seal, and package tea pouches efficiently and accurately.
Follow all safety guidelines, including compliance with SALSA regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), to ensure product safety and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including sanitation of equipment and packaging stations.
Conduct quality checks throughout the packaging process to verify correct pouch sealing, labeling, and product weight.
Assist in inventory management by accurately recording production data and maintaining stock levels of packaging materials.
Support warehouse operations by loading/unloading supplies and ensuring timely movement of products within the facility.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards.
Requirements
Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging environments is preferred, especially within food or beverage production.
Knowledge of packaging processes, assembly techniques, and manufacturing best practices.
Understanding of food hygiene and safety protocols relevant to food manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining product quality standards.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and colleague interaction
