Job Description

We are looking for an anthusiastic Tea Time Assistant for our Wolverton Mill Nursery.


This is a part time position, 10 hours a week, Monday - Friday 16:00-18:00.


Acorn Wolverton Mill provides high quality, affordable childcare and early years education for the local community. The building is purpose built with four spacious play areas indoors, with direct access to four play areas which allows the children to free-flow continuously.


Wolverton Mill offers full and part time care for up to 84 children from the ages of 4 months to 4 years, and we are open from 7:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday all year round.


Key responsibilities:

Supervising children

during tea time activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Preparing and serving food

in a clean and hygienic manner.

Encouraging cooperation

and positive interactions among children.

Monitoring children's behavior

and providing support as needed.

Maintaining a positive and engaging environment

for children to learn and play.
