Essential Criteria

; You must have a Teaching qualification

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join our Education division, this role would potentially suit a supply Teacher. In your role you will be providing essential support for young children/small groups with behaviours that can be challenging. In collaboration with school, you will play a vital role in helping the young children access learning opportunities beyond the traditional classroom setting. This rewarding role involves teamwork and creativity, enabling the children to thrive in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young persons for whom you are responsible and with whom you come into contact with. Teach good and outstanding sessions according to the new Ofsted framework, and in accordance with National Curriculum guidelines and faculty schemes of work. Plan and set appropriate tasks using differentiation to meet the needs of all individuals. Engage students in a meaningful timetable, providing all of the relevant resources required for lessons. Gather evidence of learning and create meaningful logs linked to targets on the relevant systems (Log my care) Oversee day-to-day management of educational documents (ILP/EHCPs/Care plans, transition plans etc.) Undertake relevant training Create interesting ways of delivering curriculum Liaise with families in review meetings and alongside the line manager.

Qualifications and Experience:



A background in working with young people, particularly those with special educational needs is desirable Passion for making a difference in the lives of children facing unique learning challenges. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals. Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic situations and changing needs. Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to working with children.
