We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher with experience in teaching Art and Design Technology subjects.


Are you someone who:


Has experience of 11 - 16/18 Art and DT teaching. Excellent organisational skills. An excellent classroom practitioner with a proven record of motivating students to achieve outstanding progress. Ability to enthuse and engage students of all abilities in Art and DT lessons. Ability to plan and engage students in highly effective learning.

The Woodroffe School is seeking an experienced and effective teacher to join our dedicated DT/Art department.

Keeping Children Safe in Education



The Woodroffe School will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. All aspects of social media and internet searches will be conducted. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination, a person who will not on the appointment panel will conduct the searches and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern.
