We're looking for dynamic, skilled, and compassionate Teachers to join our founding team. Whether your expertise lies in Hair and Beauty, Construction, Mechanics, or Health and Social Care, this is more than a teaching position, it's an opportunity to inspire change and shape futures.
About the Role
You will deliver hands-on vocational training alongside Functional Skills Maths and English to students aged 11-16, many of whom have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This role calls for creativity, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to supporting young people who thrive in practical learning environments. You'll play a key role in designing engaging lessons, building strong relationships, and creating a classroom culture where every learner can succeed.

An equivalent qualification in your vocational subject area, QTS
Strong subject knowledge and the confidence to deliver cross-curriculum content, functional skills, employability, and life skills
A creative, flexible approach to engaging learners with diverse needs
