About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional, enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about primary education and committed to delivering outstanding learning experiences for our pupils through rigorous instructional coaching and explicit instruction techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons using explicit instruction methods
Participate in instructional coaching to continuously refine teaching practice
Demonstrate excellent reading teaching skills through structured approaches
Foster a love of learning and high expectations for all pupils
Support pupils' academic and personal development through targeted, evidence-based strategies
Contribute to our school's collaborative and supportive professional learning culture
Actively engage in and support a wide range of enrichment and extra-curricular activities
Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong expertise in explicit instruction and teaching reading
Understanding of instructional coaching principles
Commitment to pupil progress and achievement
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Enthusiasm for developing pupils' experiences beyond the classroom
Desirable Qualities
Enthusiasm for professional development and instructional coaching
