The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Teacher who will inspire every pupil to achieve their full potential. You will plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons, create a positive learning environment, and work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider Trust.

About You

Good degree in relevant subject area. Teaching qualification. NQTS/QTS Status. Classroom experience. Awareness of strategies available to improve the learning and achievement of all students. Contribution to raising standards in teaching and learning to improve achievement. Ability to use a range of teaching and learning strategies. Knowledge of current issues and developments in education. Confident user of standard IT packages, particularly when used to enhance student learning. Interest and participation in extra-curricular activities. Ability to share knowledge/ skills with all ranges of abilities. Enthusiastic and engaging approach. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and on own initiative. Creative in problem solving and willing to take on and try new approaches and ideas. Able to relate to students in a pleasant and sympathetic manner and recognise potential child safeguarding issues. Able to communicate with students and their parents/ carers both verbally and in writing. Capacity for hard work and the ability to overcome challenges pragmatically. Full driving licence/ability to travel.
