Academic Background:
Degree in a Relevant Teaching Subject, equivalent for SEN (desirable)
Core Teaching Qualifications:
Teaching Qualification in (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it. Specialist Teaching Qualification (Desirable
Experience:
Have worked in a school environment. Particularly, experience in secondary school would be an added advantage.
Teaching Subjects:
English, Maths, and Science Proficiency, a minimum of grade 4/C or higher
Knowledge:
Have an understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs.
Problem-Solving:
Aptitude for solving problems and making effective decisions.
Communication:
Professional communication with students and staff.
