The Governing Body seek to appoint an ambitious, enthusiastic, and innovative teacher with excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate should:
xe2x97x8f Have an excellent working knowledge of the Curriculum for Wales.
xe2x97x8f Be an excellent classroom practitioner who inspires and encourages children to reach their full potential through high quality learning experiences.
xe2x97x8f Demonstrate excellent communication skills to work effectively in partnership with staff, parents, governors, and the local community.
xe2x97x8f Have an excellent knowledge and understanding of child development and pedagogy.
xe2x97x8f Have the ability to use ICT effectively to deliver high quality teaching and learning.
xe2x97x8f Have the ability to develop bilingualism (Welsh as a second language).
xe2x97x8f Have experience of assessment for learning strategies.
xe2x97x8f Have a commitment to professional learning.
xe2x97x8f Be able to contribute to the school's extra-curricular activities.
xe2x97x8f Have high expectations of achievement and a commitment to raising standards.
xe2x97x8f Be adaptable, resourceful, and innovative.
