The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated Business Teacher to take on a part-time, fixed-term role covering maternity leave. The successful candidate will teach Years 12 and 13, focusing on A Level Business and Level 3 BTEC Enterprise and Entrepreneurship. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons in A Level Business and Level 3 BTEC Enterprise and Entrepreneurship. Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential. Develop and implement engaging and innovative teaching strategies. Support students in preparing for assessments and examinations. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience. Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development. Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Qualified teacher with experience in teaching A Level Business and Level 3 BTEC Enterprise and Entrepreneurship. Proven ability to inspire and engage students at A Level. Strong subject knowledge in Business and Enterprise. Experience working in a school environment, preferably within a similar curriculum. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Preferred

Experience with teaching in a sixth form setting. Familiarity with enterprise and entrepreneurship education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team.
