Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a desire to positively impact the lives of students. The candidate will be responsible for the planning and delivery of computer science lessons, assessments and marking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The implementation of lesson plans and student assessments. The implementation of curriculum and instructional plans. Provides instruction to students in accordance with established lesson plans and curriculum. Monitors student performance in all subject areas. Ensures that students are prepared for class according to established instructional plans. Provides clear direction for students' learning and development through observations of student progress. Maintains a clean classroom environment that promotes learning through regular housekeeping duties. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or director of instruction or other designated administrator.

Experience:

High school diploma required; one year of related experience preferred. Experience working with children in a school setting preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, teachers, administration, etc., regarding student needs and concerns.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-20.00 per hour
