Full time, Monday to Friday.



This role requires an enthusiastic and dynamic Teacher of Design Technology to join our forward-thinking department. Do you want to inspire students to develop essential life skills and explore the exciting world of design, innovation, and nutrition? You will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons that promote creativity, critical thinking, and practical skills across a range of D&T disciplines.

You will be joining a curriculum leader and a small, dedicated team of Design Technology teachers, working collaboratively to deliver a high-quality curriculum that prepares students for the challenges of the modern world. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a supportive and innovative department where your passion for the subject can truly make an impact.

About You



To be a good fit for this role, you will:

Has a proven record of excellent classroom practice. Has a commitment to enhancing student learning and experience and an inspiring passion for education and making a difference to children's lives. Has an inclusive purpose, raising and supporting the achievements of all to reach their potential with a mindset to always lead by example. Has excellent interpersonal skills and qualities that inspire and motivate whole school commitment. Has a teaching specialism, qualification, training or experiences in Technology, all specialisms welcome. Food specialism preferable but not required.
