About the Role:



As a MFL Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and effective lessons that inspire a love of the French language. You'll plan and teach across a range of age groups, ensuring lessons are tailored to meet the needs of mixed-ability pupils. Beyond the classroom, you'll contribute to the wider life of the school, supporting initiatives that promote cultural awareness and language learning. You'll also work collaboratively with colleagues, maintain accurate records, and uphold high standards of behaviour and achievement. Safeguarding and student wellbeing will be central to everything you do.



This is a part-time role needed one day a week on Tuesdays. This is a fixed-term Maternity Cover position need immediately until May 2026.





Who We Are Looking For:



You are an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher with a passion for languages and a commitment to helping every child reach their potential. You bring strong organisational skills, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to use ICT effectively. You have Qualified Teacher Status and experience in an educational setting, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. You value high standards, positive relationships, and continuous professional development. If you are energetic, empathetic, and ready to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
