Teacher of Mathematics
Location: Tadcaster, North Yorkshire
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: MPS/UPS; 31,650 - 49,084 per annum
Contract Type: Full Time/Part Time
GSL Education are currently seeking a of dynamic and committed Teacher of Mathematics to join a thriving Secondary school in Tadcaster, North Yorkshire.
Teacher of Mathematics Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across a range of abilities and Key Stages.
- Inspire students through active learning strategies.
- Track and assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Follow the ethos and policies of the school, promoting positive behaviour throughout the school.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative resources and creative teaching approaches.
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
- High expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
- Hold a Child Only DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
