POST: Teacher of Mathematics

LOCATION: West Bromwich Collegiate Academy

SALARY: TMS/UPS

HOURS: Full Time, Permanent

REQUIRED FOR: September 2025

West Bromwich Collegiate Academy is an oversubscribed Secondary School in the Black Country. The Academy opened its doors in September 2019 with 175 students and has continued to grow each year. It is now at full capacity with 805 students on roll.


Recently graded by Ofsted as outstanding in 3 categories and extremely close to outstanding in the 4th, West Bromwich Collegiate Academy is committed to an inclusive education for all students at every ability level, and equipping students for the future through teaching them relevant and cutting-edge skills for the era in which they live. Key Responsibilities:

To develop, plan and deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences for all students they teach. Be accountable for the learning and achievement of all students they teach. To liaise with teaching colleagues across the Academy to support strategic development, share good practice and plan collaborative activities. To take the lead for their specialist subject area within the L4L curriculum.
