We are seeking to appoint a passionate and qualified Teacher of Maths to join an enthusiastic and well experienced team of subject specialists delivering Maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

We would welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECT's looking to start their career in a supportive environment.

The Maths Faculty currently consists of nine teachers and is committed to providing high quality teaching and learning for all students, the post represents an ideal opportunity to work in a positive and supportive environment where departmental collaboration and sharing of best practice is recognised. We complete GCSE Maths under Pearson Edexcel; continued support is given to the department through strong links and regular visits to the school from the United Learning Maths Advisor. We advocate to all students that Maths is a common language which they can use throughout life to analyse. We believe that our curriculum supports students to build logical reasoning, critical thinking and is mentally rigorous. We subscribe to Sparx Maths to support students with personalised, challenging, and attainable homework.
