This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Maths department that values both academic excellence and personal growth. You will become part of a welcoming and supportive team, led by a dedicated Curriculum Leader. At Temple Learning Academy, we have embraced an 'all-through' mastery learning approach that focuses on solidifying the fundamentals of Mathematics while developing strong reasoning and problem-solving skills. To be a good fit for this role, you will :

Have a strong understanding of mathematical concepts and communicate them clearly to students. Be passionate about teaching and patient in supporting the diverse learning needs of my pupils. Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving to help students develop a deep understanding of maths. Be organised and adaptable, planning lessons that engage all learners effectively.
