Avanti Fields School is an all-through, faith-designated (Hindu) state school which welcomed the first intake of Year 7 students in September 2018, and first intake of Nursery and Reception students in September 2022. The school is rapidly expanding and will grow year by year to a full cohort of 1,320. This is an exciting time to join the school as it continues its journey to outstanding.

What will you do?

Teach engaging and challenging Maths lessons that enable all pupils to make strong progress, while adapting approaches to meet diverse learning needs. Take responsibility for pupil achievement, behaviour, and wellbeing, ensuring the highest standards of conduct and safeguarding. Use effective planning, assessment, and feedback to monitor progress, set ambitious targets, and support pupils in achieving their full potential. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider Avanti Schools Trust to foster positive relationships and contribute to the school community. Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
