Tradewind are proud to be working with an Ofsted rated \'Good\' school in Peterborough, who are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of MFL - French to join them on a part-time basis (0.4 FTE) from September 2023. This role offers the chance to teach across the full range of ages and abilities, with a primary focus on French. As a part-time Teacher of MFL - French, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and empowering students to develop their language skills, cultural appreciation, and overall communication abilities.

The ideal MFL Teacher - French will be a dedicated and passionate individual who has an enthusiasm for language education. You will have a genuine passion for teaching MFL and inspiring students to embrace language learning. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to engage and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Adaptability and flexibility are essential qualities, as the ideal candidate will be able to meet the varied needs of students, employing different teaching strategies and resources to create a stimulating learning environment.

The key requirements for this role are:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or considerable teaching experience, with a specialism in MFL (French)
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in French, with the ability to deliver engaging and interactive lessons
• Ideally, the ability to teach German to support the department (relevant qualifications and/or experience)
• A passion for language education and the ability to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Effective classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain a positive learning environment and manage challenging behaviour
