Are you a dynamic, passionate, and inspirational Teacher of Music ready to conduct a thriving subject? Orchards Academy is looking for an enthusiastic educator to join our dedicated team. We believe music is vital to a well-rounded education and plays a central role in our school community. This role offers direct accountability to the Senior Leadership Team, giving you a strong voice in the strategic development of Music across the academy. We offer excellent facilities, including a dedicated music room, practice rooms, and a modern music technology suite. You'll be responsible for teaching engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, developing student skills in performance, composition, and theory. Crucially, you will lead our ambitious extra-curricular programme, coordinating and running ensembles, choirs, and contributing to high-profile school concerts and shows. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the musical culture of our academy.
