The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed PE Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and inclusive physical education lessons across the Broad General Education and Senior Phase, helping pupils develop physical skills, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons aligned with the Curriculum for Excellence. Promote physical activity, teamwork, and personal development. Support whole-school initiatives that enhance health and wellbeing. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Contribute to a positive and inclusive school ethos.
Essential Criteria:
GTCS registration (or eligibility to register). Strong communication and organisational skills. A commitment to professional learning and continuous improvement.
Desirable:
Experience teaching across both BGE and Senior Phase. Familiarity with interdisciplinary learning and outdoor education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 33,594.00-50,589.00 per year
