The St John Paul II Multi Academy is a highly successful Catholic Multi Academy encompassing six Primary Schools and two Secondary Schools. Our schools are based in Sutton Coldfield, Erdington and Aston.




The ethos of St John Paul II Multi Academy is Catholic and was founded by the Catholic Church to provide education for children of Catholic families.


As a Catholic multi academy, we aim to provide a Catholic education for all our pupils. As a Catholic multi academy, Catholic doctrine and practice permeate every aspect of every one of our school's activities. It is essential that the Catholic character of the school's education be fully supported by all staff within the multi academy. The Governors of Bishop Walsh Catholic School wish to appoint a passionate, driven and committed teacher of science, for KS3 and 4 Science to cover a maternity leave from October half term to Easter initially.



The position would suit an enthusiastic individual who is an ECT or a more experienced practitioner.

Bishop Walsh Catholic School is a mixed, comprehensive, Roman Catholic secondary school with sixth form situated in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. It converted to academy status in January 2014 and is supported by a multi-academy trust called John Paul II Multi-Academy, which sponsors four faith schools in the Midlands area.
