We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning and critical thinking.
Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and feedback.
Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and behaviour.
Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the institution.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and methodologies.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering respect and cooperation among students.
Qualifications
A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational standards.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in lesson planning and execution.
Experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting is highly desirable.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching are crucial attributes for success in this role.
