Teacher (SpLD Dyslexia)
Flexi-School Dyslexia is looking for a dynamic and dedicated teacher to join their new site which is expanding fast nr. Tunbridge Wells. Are you a qualified teacher who wants to help pupils with SpLD Dyslexia achieve their full potential? Are you an experienced T.A who wants to learn more to deliver high quality teaching to dyslexic learners, or are you simply experienced with understanding a dyslexic brain type? Teachers deliver high quality lessons, the 'FSD' way. All training and lesson plans are provided and there is no marking & very little prep required out of working hours. ALL teachers, regardless of qualifications start as a Trainee in the 'FSD Way' for at least 3 Terms to work as a 'Team Teacher' alongside the Founder or an experienced FSD Teacher in order to learn our ethos, strategies and approach with pupils and parents/carers. They will be regularly reviewed and will only be an 'FSD Teacher' when they are able to take the small classes of 6, with confidence and knowledge.

You will be joining an incredible Team of teachers and a Lead teacher/mentor who has dedicated over ten years to creating a truly unique and special provision designed to help dyslexic learners feel confident in their abilities, to understand how they learn best and to find out how to enjoy learning again.
